An art gallery, music venue and full Bar. Iconoclasts Mike and Kim Curth's creation in a 1930's industrial building in the seriously funky Warehouse district constituting the epicenter of Traverse City's alternative cultural hub. We guided the project through building code code officials overt opposition, elaborate state liquor control commission approval, and an anemic budget in the extreme... to achieve a club atmosphere where everyone is a welcome member.
A nine room hotel, restaurant, music venue and fitness center in a repurposed century old building for Erik and Deidre Owen in Northport, Michigan. They are both responsible for fixtures
and finishes and have great taste on a budget!
Wood fired pizzas and cafe for Black Star Farms. Also a farm to table market and licensed commercial kitchen with hood and large scale refrigeration.
We added three rooms to the Inn and a Dining/Conference/Wedding venue space.
